These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Guston: Recipes & Cooking ("the App"), operated by Nikita Belopotapov.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

2. User Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or third-party providers (Apple or Google).

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining account security
• All activities under your account

3. User Content

You may create and upload content, including recipes and images ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you:

• Grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App
• Confirm that you own or have rights to the content
